Shuaib Med supplies the equipment and products specified in your quotation. Facility design, fit-out, licensing and other professional services are outside these equipment packages.

What does an equipment package include?

Your quotation lists the equipment, instruments and supplies included, with quantities and specifications.

Is the package price fixed?

Pricing depends on the confirmed product selection, quantities, brands and availability. Your quotation sets out the final scope and charges.

Do packages include design, fit-out or licensing?

These services are outside Shuaib Med's equipment packages. Where an independent-provider introduction is available, that provider's services are separately quoted and contracted.

Are installation and training included?

Availability depends on the selected equipment. Your quotation will identify any installation or training arrangements, the provider and applicable charges.

Can I pay in stages?

Payment terms are specified in your equipment quotation. Any staged-payment arrangement must be agreed before confirming the order.

Can you supply consumables after delivery?

You can order supplies as needed or choose an optional clinic membership. Active members can also create a supply schedule. Membership is purchased separately and is not activated automatically with an equipment package.
